The 34-year-old Ovu River Bridge, which is located on a federal highway linking Enugu and Ebonyi states, has collapsed. The bridge links Ebonyi State, through Uburu in Ohaozara Local Government Area, and Enugu State, through Agbani-Ugboka-Nara-Nkerefi in Nkanu East council.
The bridge collapsed under the weight of a truck, which was plying it late at night. Villagers at the foot of the bridge said the truck was carrying 900 bags of cement when the bridge caved in, as against 600 bags stipulated for heavy-duty vehicles.

60-Year-Old Man Caught Having Sex With 11-Year-Old Girl Avoids Jail After Court Says They Are In Love
A 60-year-old man who was caught having sex with an 11-year-old girl would not be completing his 5-year sentence because the court thinks the couple are in love.
The supreme court in Catanzaro, Italy, annulled a five-year jail term and ruled that it was a ‘real relationship.’
The young girl is said to be from a disadvantaged background and was in the care of a man who works for the town’s social services department.
However, police raided the man’s seaside villa to find the pair naked in bed together.
The man was earlier jailed for 5 years for sexual violence against a minor. However the child has now claimed that she is in love with the elderly man so the court ruled the pair have a ‘romantic relationship’.
The case is being sent back to the Catanzaro court for a retrial and there are expected to be several levels of appeal before a sentence is confirmed.

Reports emanating from Minna, Niger State capital, indicates that the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU has called off its five months strike.
The Union arrived at the latest decision to suspends its strike after a marathon meeting held at the Federal University of Technology (FUT), Minna, Niger State on Monday.
After a protracted debate, the Federal Government and ASUU reached a compromise during a negotiation brokered by the President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Abdulwaheed Omar few days ago.

My New Boss Is My Wife’s Ex She Dumped For Me..What Should I Do?
I’m confused and worried, I just found out that my new boss is the man my wife dumped a few years ago to marry me.
Apparently the man was planning to marry her and even saw her through

Now 4 years into our marriage, there’s a big issue. I just got this really good job and my direct boss happens to be the man my wife dumped for me.
Unfortunately he knows who I am because he confronted me back when my wife left him for me, but since I started this job, he hasn’t said anything to me but I noticed he excludes me from most of the activities that concern staff and I suspect he’s trying to sabotage me.
He hasn’t done anything yet, I’m just worried that he has bad plans for me. Should I quit or should I wait to see what he’s up to? I don’t look forward to going to work at all.

heathen, and died without knowing the Lord.Not only did Mandela influence American Democrat Barack Hussein Obama, but he also practiced a heathen African tribal religion.
Unfortunately, while Mandela did some great things for the nation of South Africa by ending apartheid, Heaven is like an exclusive club, unsaved unwelcome. Mandela died unsaved, and is therefore not welcome in Heaven. Nelson Mandela was also influenced by Darwinism and Communism! Mandela was an avid reader of Marx in the 1950s, and everybody knows that God hates Communists! Mandela allied himself with Communists and heathen Indian Gandhi, who is also in Hell.
